As the founder of the MindworQ, Scott Grote is not only responsible for the initial idea of our projects, but its development them into a working model. Scott is in charge of designing and implementing all of our unique features.

James Tully is the face of MindworQ as well as its lead product acceptance and user training expert. You'll get to see a lot of him during MindworQ's marketing and tutorial videos. Aside from this, James ensures that our project's user interfaces are easy to use and understandable to the average Joe—not just the IT expert.

Warren makes sure that our projects communicate with the end user properly and effectively. He writes all of the copy you see in our projects from the marketing pieces to the user help sections.

Akrati thoroughly tests our projects to make sure they perform the way the should and are bug free. Tesing is the most overlooked part of projects like ours and often one of the most tedious tasks. Akrati makes sure that our sites and apps perform the way they should.

Ashwin coaches and leads the software development team. He's responsible for designing website's core code. Ashwin and his team use Agile software development methods, and follow the Scrum framework to deliver a finished software application product. Ashwin is also leading MindworQ's mobile application development team.

Kunal is MindworQ's testing manager and scrum master, charged with identifying functional problems within the code. He makes sure that our project users are never bothered by software bugs or have interface issues.

Shivraj and his design team are currently tasked with developing MindworQ's mobile application software. As the design lead, Shivraj makes sure our apps function just as well as if it were on your personal computer.
